Everything was very easy. Time is money so I don't mind paying the prices because I don't have time to run around and sit in car dealerships for hours on end trying to get "the best deal." My only concern is I received a message via text saying that due to COVID-19, my registration would be delayed. That makes no sense. COVID is over. What does that have to do with my registration? When I asked this question to the text, I got a bot response that was unhelpful. They need to have a few more humans and less AI. Other than that, I would consider buying a car from Carvana again.

The process was easy and stress free. I just had to be patient and trust in their process because it worked out fine when I did. I love my new car! It is better looking in person than it was online, and it looked amazing online! The delivery driver was absolutely wonderful, polite and professional. The customer service agents were fantastic about answering my questions, providing expertise in answering my questions and each one of them were very friendly. Lastly, the financial verification process was a breeze and the representative that worked on my verification was so awesome!

We had an easy experience buying and having the car delivered. The rear view mirror had fallen off and one of the brake lights out. The delivery driver noted everything and we received an email about the repairs. Trying to get these minor issues fixed was another story, all the shops with a zero deductible were overbooked and couldn't take us in or had horrible reviews. I requested to have it fixed at the dealership or another shop with availability and decent reviews. Anywhere else would be a $200 charge for $20 in parts. We love the car so it looks like I'm just going to fix it myself.

This is my first time buying a car online and you guys make my experience very easy and fast, the only problem that I found was at the delivery time, my delivery car was rescheduled 3 times, and someone call me the second time to say that the problem was they never prepare the car to be delivered and they need to clean up and give me a different delivery time, later on, I received a message with delivery the information and another date when finally received my car the car was not perfectly cleaned how was promised by phone, another thing it's the delivery guy asked me to sing a not full filled paper and I'm worried about that.
